| The Company can organize and realize (regardless of project size) the following kinds of works and activities: - complex construction and finishing works; - complex installation of water pipeline, sewerage, heating, climating, electrics, electronics and automatics; - all kinds of mounting works, executing by using of own equipment; - works with comprehensive mechanization usage as needed, provided by local Association, in which our Company has the membership; - launching of all kinds of installation and equipment systems; - local personnel training; - technical support and repair of objects within the warranty period; - technical support and repair of objects beyond the warranty period; - independent organization and solution of issues concerning transportation and warehousing in the local market, including the custom clearance; - independent solutions of issues concerning visas, work license obtaining, workers food and accommodation issues, etc.; - transportation of materials and equipment from Europe. During its activity in Uzbekistan “TORSVIK” Company by request of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan in short period and with high quality accomplished the mounting and assembly works more than in 80 objects with totals square over 250.000 m2. The corporation built and put into operation the unique exclusive objects such as: Industrial objects - Oil processing plant in Bukhara (4 objects), Daewoo Automobile factory in Andijan (2 objects); Airports - in Tashkent and Bukhara; Residences of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan – “Kaynarsay”, “Durmen”, winter residence in Tashkent and Tashkent region; Banks and Business centers – National Bank, International center in Tashkent,Asaka bank, “Khamid Alinjan” Busines center in Tashkent, and others;Government and Administrative objects – State Property Committee (17 floor), Central Bank (17 floor), Parliament building, Exibition complex “Alpomish” in Tashkent, and others;Sports objects – covered tennis court “Yunus-Abad”, Sport-complex “Chor-su”; Cultural objects – Amir Timur Museum in Tashkent, Imam-al-Bukhary Memorial Complex in Samarkand, “Olympic Glory” Museum in Tashkent. In 2003-2006 “TORSVIK” Company realized and put into operation the following objects: 5-star hotel complex “Oltyn Olma” (Charvak reservoir); Building of State Committee on Geology and mineral resources; Building of Main study corpus of State Customs Committee Institute; 4-star hotel “Turkeston”; 10 other objects in Tashkent and Bekabad. Currently “TORSVIK” Company realizes the building of the following objects in the center of Tashkent: Complex of many-storied living apartment houses with complex of trade-common services on the first floors; Business center. |
